RICHARD CAREW - Partner
Richard is the Managing Partner of Carew Lawyers, which he established in 1984. Since his admission to practice law in Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 1980, Richard has gained broad experience in many aspects of the law including commercial law, property, planning and environment, criminal and litigation. Carew Lawyers is well known in both the profession and the community for its exceptional service to clients. In more recent times Richard has concentrated on criminal law and planning and environment cases. Richard is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and Queensland Law Society.
DARREN MOORE - Partner
Darren is a Partner at Carew Lawyers. He was admitted as a solicitor in Queensland and the High Court in 1992. With over 20 years of practice, Darren has developed a thorough understanding of the needs of his clients. He is committed to ensuring that all clients are kept informed every step of the way.
Throughout his career, Darren has been actively involved in the Australian Lawyers Alliance, and more recently the Queensland Law Society. He was a Queensland Committee Member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and Secretary for over 10 years. Throughout this time he has also been involved with the organisation's Continuing Legal Education program.
Darren is also a member of the American Association of Justice.
ASHLEY PARK - Associate
Having worked in specialist law firms for over 8 years, Ashley understands that for most of her clients, being involved in a legal case is one of their only experiences with lawyers and the legal system and that this can therefore be a stressful time. She aims to take the stress out of the process for her clients and to obtain them the best possible result, fast, efficiently, and cost effectively.
Ashley is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, including being the Secretary of the Queensland Branch Committee of the Alliance. Ashley is also a member of the Queensland Law Society.
GREG SPINDA - Solicitor
Greg prides himself on providing professional and timely service to his clients, and having a down-to-earth attitude. Greg is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, the Queensland Law Society and Queensland Young Lawyers. Greg is also the President of Multi-Link a not-for-profit organisation providing community and recreational services to the aged, disabled, minority and youth groups in the Logan, South Brisbane and Northern Gold Coast areas.
